Project: Angels Landing – a two-tower mixed-use development in the Bunker Hill neighborhood of downtown Los Angeles.
Challenge: The Peebles Corporation and MacFarlane Partners needed media awareness to garner public interest and political backing for the 1.2 million square-foot project. Additionally, Angels Landing was heralded as a destination for the upcoming 2028 Olympic Games.
Solution: Relevance began its campaign with an on-site press conference attended by local and national press, as well as local public officials. Relevance highlighted the social and economic benefits of Angels Landing, including its commitment to 30% minority-owned and women-owned business procurement, planning to provide $480 million to often overlooked minority and women-owned businesses.
