On the island of Saint Thomas, in the U.S. Virgin Islands, sits a property that truly knows how to put on a show.

Called the Waterfront Estate, the nine-acre spread includes not just one home, but four. In total, there’s more than 25,000 square feet of living space with 18 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, and two infinity pools. The real showstopper, though, is the estate’s terraced waterfall, which comes with its own light show, courtesy of more than 100 LED lights, 17 falls, 10 jumping jets, eight fire braziers, a fog machine, and a holographic water screen. Nick Van Assche at Sea Glass Properties holds the $30 million listing.
