Project: Premier Estate Properties, South Florida’s boutique brokerage specializing in homes in excess of one million dollars, engaged Relevance International to leverage the brand as the region’s leader in luxury residential real estate.
Challenge: In 2021, South Florida was in the midst of a historic market boom marking the beginning of a hot period for the market. This not only signaled increased volume of sales and price points, but increased competition. With all eyes turning to South Florida, as Premier’s agency of record, Relevance was tasked with breaking through the noise of the competition’s listings and commentary to dominate the press on a national stage, taking Premier from a local name to an entity known coast-to-coast.
Solution: Relevance International created a media plan targeting national and local press to reach high-net-worth buyers locally, nationally and internationally looking for a quintessential South Florida lifestyle experience. The goals were to differentiate the brokerage from its competitors and showcase listings in such outlets as The Wall Street Journal, The Robb Report and Architectural Digest among many others.
