TriBeCa's 111 Murray Street

TriBeCa’s 111 Murray Street

Inspired by a Murano glass vase, 111 Murray Street is an 800 foot luxury residential tower that will transform the Lower Manhattan skyline. The tower will stand on the northeast corner of Murray and West Streets in Tribeca. Developers, Fisher Brothers, Witkoff and New Valley opted to create a building with panoramic views, luxurious amenities, and spacious layouts. The project is the result of a unique collaboration between four prominent architects – Kohn Pedersen Fox, David Rockwell, David Mann and Ed Hollander – that will cement 111 Murray Street’s architectural significance for generations to come. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling the sales for the building, which are to begin later this month. The New York Times featured 111 Murray Street highlighting all aspects of the new development.
