In Palm Beach County, a circa-1930s estate designed by the well-known architect Maurice Fatio has sold.
The oceanfront property is located in Gulf Stream, Fla., an affluent town about 15 miles south of Palm Beach. Listed for $24.995 million in August, it sold for $21.625 million.
