Stella Tower’s Dramatic Makeover

JDS Development and Property Markets Group set their sites high in Hell’s Kitchen’s with Art Deco condominium conversion building Stella Tower. Originally designed by Architect Ralph Walker in 1930, Stella Tower was transformed into multimillion-dollar luxury residences. Its lobby was also given a dramatic makeover by Designer Jarvis Wong of Jarvis Studio, emphasizing its original Art Deco details including elaborate bronze grilles with geometric patterns, intricate floral motifs and terrazzo flooring. Architectural Record features the Stella Tower’s extensive lobby renovation it its May issue.
